1st post - Ribs

    Been lurking here for a long time for recipes and advice that others have posted and finally decided to join and post some of my own.

    Made these a few weeks ago. Baby backs Trigg style.

    Rub: Salt, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Paprika, Chipotle Pepper, Cinnamon And Black Pepper, Onion, and Garlic.

    Foil Wrap: Brown Sugar, Parkay, Honey, Sriracha, Apple Juice

    Sauce: Some type of Jack Daniels

    This was done with a 2:2:.5-1 method at roughly 225*. Spritzed with Apple Juice every 45 mins or so. No pics of smoke ring because I forget to take any because all I want to do it cut them and eat.

    After rub getting ready to go in smoker.

    After 2 hours in smoker. All ready to be foil wrapped and go back in for another 2.

    Removed from foil wrap and put back in for another 30-45 mins. Added sauce last 20 minutes from pulling. These are ready to be pulled out to cut and eat.
