1st Pork Butt on the MES 30

    6# Pork Butt- Marinaded in Stubb's Pork Marinade over night then injected the rest that was in the zip bag. Smoking at 225* with 2 temp probes, going for 205*   Here's  a pic after 3 hrs. finished at 12 hrs![​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]

    still going after 9.5 hrs only at 173*

    10 hrs 25 mins @ 185*

    I knew it was going to be late but not this late. Not much of a fat cap on it to begin with, going to 205* with apple spritz ever hour.

    ran temp up to 245* at 9hrs 15mins into smoke.

    ok now its done almost 12 hrs later.[​IMG][​IMG]

    6 Pounds...12 hours is not unreasonable...JJ
