9 hrs in and the smaller butt is past the stall and up to 185. I only added wood for the first 6 hours. Forgot to report the pork loin in 2 hrs ago IT at 145. Cooking till 160 and pulling. Big BUTT wrapped juiced and foiled.
Butts are looking good.. wish I could have caught you sooner... I think 160` for the loin is to well done for us.. we like 145` ... we find 160` to dry...
It came out really juicy. I wish I could have injected it but injector broke. Still really good. I'm finishing the small but in oven it's at 200* right now
