2 # 80/20-all other ingredients sauteed in evoo and 3 tbsp rosemary butter-2 green pepper-2onions-2 tbsp garlic-2 tbsp Worcestershire -some red pepper flakes-1 tsp cracked black pepper-1 tsp Cayenne. smoked to 165*F. Let rest and slice for sandwiches. MMMmmm Good!! Smoked with Oak Pellets on AMNPS.
