Very old Brinkmann Off set Smoker with mods.  I added swivel wheels, new back wheels, moved the chimney stack, put down a RF Plate.

Half Boston Butt, 4#. Injected this AM. Smoked for 3 1/2 hours (160is IT) with hickory, pecan, and apple.  Then Foiled and went to 200is IT.  She is resting now
