1st Beef Smoke - Bottom Round AMNPS - Pit Master's Blend

  1. Hi all.  This was my first beef smoke and I am going to make more very soon!!

    I marinaded the beef in Barefoot Merlot, thyme and a couple of bay leaves for probably 16 hours in the fridge.

    Sorry for the lack of process Q View.  Here is the finished product after sitting in the fridge overnight for slicing.

    Best rare roast beef I have EVER had!!!

  5. Gotta get a meat slicer!  I got it pretty thin by hand....but I know it could be better.  :)

  7. Oh...best thing is....that roast was $6.10.  :)  Gotta love discounted meat at Kroger!
