1st attempt at bologna

  1. This was my first attempt at smoked bologna.  really happy with the way this came out.  purchased the cloth casings from a local butcher right here in good ol' Berks County, PA. 


    50 - 50 venison / pork


    ready for smoker!


    breakfast the following mornin'


    samich' for today!

    I'm with the mule, more details needed! That looks great. I prefer a bologna with a texture like you have. I'll bet the spicy mustard rocked that sammich!
