1st time building a Smoker , going to need some help . I'm state certified to handle refrigerant, so the compressor has already been removed. So has the plastic trim on the door, cabinet, and shelf holders. ? No. 1 can I use the metal shelves that come with it ? And the door shelf rack which is also metal, would be great because sausage rolls would fit great in the door shelves !

Hunter,

Take some time and cruise through some of the other builds on here, there is a ton of information that will help answer the questions you have.

I think I read almost every post there is on fridge builds before I built mine.

Good luck and keep everyone posted on your progress.

Regards

Hello, I noticed your thread, how is your project coming along ? I love my old 1950 vintage refrigerator cold smoker, built it years ago and been using it every since..
