179pcs of Salmon chunkie munkies

    Brined for 4+ hours in a simple mix of salt / brown sugar/minced garlic. Room dried for 2 hours. Smoked for 3 + hours with Alder/ Apple pellets in the AMNPS, starting at 140*, ending around 165* (145* IT).

    Damn it man ... I figured I save money If I bought a bigger screen for my computer.. i can sit back away from my keyboard further so when I drool It won't be all over it and have to go buy my 16th keyboard (and counting).... looks good bub
