Flavors are Huckleberry Pepper, Sweet Chili/Sriracha, Maple Jalapeno and Polynesion BBQ. Oh yeah I also have some Bourbon BBQ Snack sticks made from the grindies and pumped through the Cabelas Jerky Gun. Smoker is the Cabelas Magnum Pellet Stove (Traeger style) set on low smoke setting. (Temps stays right around 160). I have to monitor the process after two hours-I pull each rack and take off pieces individually every half hour because pieces on the edges seem to dry faster.

I think you could have squeezed 2 more pieces onto that 3rd rack, lol. Looks great! Nice array of flavors. Let us know how they turn out.

    Thanks, David.

Lotsa jerky and I like the colors they turned out, I made some hi-mountain Spicy lime jerky last weekend, it was pretty good I wasn't sure what it would taste like, but 3 lbs was gone in a couple days so I guess the kids liked it. Hope yours comes out good...

With that much jerky you likely need a safe place to store some. I would be happy to help.

It's the Cabela's Magnum Pellet Grill/Smoker. Based on the Traeger pellet grill concept, it's a fantastic setup. I've been smoking meat for 30 years, but the first time I fired this bad boy up, I got twice as good at smoking. It's like "set it and forget it". The Cabela's Magnum pellet grill is actually a re-branded Camp Chef SmokePro LUX.
