Wow! That is beautiful!
Glad to hear you are on the mend.
Sir that is looking awsome
Well, Lady Bear decided to do a lil spruce up in ye ole smoke house--gotta say not only do I love that woman dearly, she has great taste and NOT just in husbands ...lololol
Enjoy the tour
Thanks for keeping up with my 'pet' project, finishing touches will be added slowly and will update every other week or so..
Enjoy and happy smoking!!
Hardy Thank you to all the kind and encouraging words too, WE BOTH appreciate them..
Rich and Lady Bear
I love it!!!!! If I owned my own place instead of renting I'd copy you!!!!!! lol!!!!
Now that's really turning into "The Alaskan Bear's Den" !!!!!
You are so right. Lady Bear and I ate pulled pork sammies out there last night, candles, some vino, a lil music--dam, thought I was in my 20's again... Phew... Anyways thanks Bear!!
That is just a beautiful place to enjoy the outdoors...not to mention the fact you can do just about any cooking you could want ! Excellent job all around...just beautiful, best of luck and good times to you and all those lucky enough to use it.
Dude that brought a tear to my eye... simply beautiful.
Now I'm gonna go home and sulk because my yard wouldn't even fit a gazebo that big
Awesome Job, Enjoy!
Did you stop construction? Your thumb? You do not need a thumb for the "lion's paw". I've never traveled to Alaska. I always travel East.
truly awesome!! are you gonna design a way to enclose it in the winter time or just leave it open
now that is impressive and dedication....no doubt there on where your heart is....or her's!
That is a place of beauty!
Again, I would like to thank you all for the kind and encourging words. As for enclosing for winter, at 40 below, it would make it to costly for me and the lady to do, so, we're just keeping it a summer thang.
Living out as far as we do from town, allows for some very quiet and peaceful hours. We are home bodies and all our energies go to our home. No drinking to speak of, other than a lil toast here and there, and with my passion for cooking, Lady Bear says to hell with going out to dinner. I have no problem with that!! Just two old happy campers at heart with cooking, yard work and bettering the home 20 is all we live for.
LOL---Bears must all be similar---Same here, except for the 40 below!!!
You got better fishing there though---Bears love fish!!!
I could move in and call it my living room, just add a TV for me and I would be at home.
wow, thats a lot of smoke room.
That is really nice. What a great man cave!
