    Today I will be cooking 2 different pork dishes.. The one for the kettle is a bone in center cut loin.. The one I will be putting in the oven is actually just a boneless pork roast.. I rubbed both chunks of pork with a mixture of a few McCormicks rubs I've been combining an light brown sugar.. The mixture hasn't failed me or the family yet.. More to come
