1/2 Lb stuffed scallion burgers... probably had quite nothing like this.

    Started with a lb of 88% ground beef.   Stuffed with pepperoni, cream cheese, mex cheeses, and mushrooms.  After the stuffing i pushed scallions into the outside.   Roasted over fire getting up to about 550* to sear  the outside. 

    The cream cheese...yea gotta do that again!




     Now for the cooking


    550*'s at this point


    One side shows where the spit punctures it...goodness oozes out!
