Pros - Sturdy, Unique Features, very good company support
Cons - Can't think of anything
I have ownwed this Kamado for over 3 years, without issue.

    I love the chipfeed.

After 3 years the round firebox cracked, I called Saffire .. they sent a new one right away.

I would say you can buy a Saffire with confidence.

Pros - Easy assmebly, easy to maintain temps, handy wood chip feeder access, Stainless steel parts, very good basic Cart, good accessories
Cons - smoke seepage through front hole (wood chip feeder) more expensive than others in it's class
I 'll keep this short and simple.  I have never had a Kamado grill so I have nothing to compare it to.  A lot of my likes about this grill probably would hold true of other brands of this style .  It was pricier than the BGE and other competitors.  I liked the fact that it had a wood chip feeder port in the front, and I also like the accessories that it had available.  I don't like the smoke coming out of the cover to the wood chip feeder.  It has a cover for this hole but the cover doesn't seal tightly.  I am trying to think of a way to make this fit tighter.  I truly think it doesn't make a huge difference anyway.  It doesn't appear as thick as a BGE and doesn't feel as heavy when lifting the lid.  I keep checking my local BBQ place when I go there, just to see the differences.  I'm not sure how that makes  a difference.

I have had a great deal of success in what I am smoking.  At this point whole chickens, Ribs, steak, pizza.  A bit of a learning curve with this style of grill.  I am very happy with this product.  I do recommend it.  One day I will be able to compare it to another kind of Kamado and see the difference.

My price listed for paying was with the stand, heat deflector, grill extention
