Grill Pro propane smoker, separate doors for burner/pan area and meat rack area, chip box, water pan
Pros - Easy to use, gives great results, works great with wood chunks
Cons - Doors don't latch easily, burns chips quickly
This is my first smoker and I've had some great success with it already. It was pretty easy to get some good results even on my first runs. I switched from chips to chunks for the wood and it solved the issue of having the chips burn up too quickly.
Pros - Consistent temps, affordable, adjustable racks allowing for anything from 4 racks of ribs to 2 chickens,
Cons - Wood chips burn quickly, have to add every 30 minutes to keep consistent smoke, chip tray fills with ash quickly, temps sensitive to weather
