    Pastrami snack sticks!? (crazy idea, with pictures...)

    Some fresh cracked black pepper would have been nice, but anything spicier than ketchup gets rejected by the wife and kids... So nothing for this batch I did soak the chunks briefly before I ground them. In hindsight, probably should have let them dry out in the refer for a day.
