    Hi All.  Just stumbled across this forum while searching for some ideas.  I have a Weber kettle 22, and have smoked a few times, including some beer can chicken, pork butt, and spare ribs.  Chickens are coming out well, pork but is ok, and my ribs...well, some work to do there.  Looking to learn...
