    Baby Backs - Combo cooking - Smoking first, then finish in slow cooker.

    Baby Backs - Info please: I am interested if anyone has experience on cooking baby backs by smoking (on Bradley) for about an hour or so,  then finishing using a slow cooker for several hours. Appreciate any info you have on this type combination cooking.
