    It looks like apple juice, but it's water for a heat sink.  It got a little discolored from the smoke.

    They're still on... Watching the Bruins and feeling kind of lazy so I'm using SBR and honey for the sauce.

    Before the crutch...   I had to add a water pan cuz I didn't close the lid all the way and temps flared!

    I'm dialed in at 240* and smoking some BBs on the 26.75" over cherry and a little hickory.  Pics to follow...

    Bhut Jolokia aka Ghost Chile

    Those are some great looking chilis!  I'd dry them out and go the mortar and pestle route.  They'll last a longer this way and you can add a little (or a lot)  when you want to spice things up.  Enjoy!
