    First off. Newbie here...first post. Usually I don't wrap my ribs, just start looking for the pull back at about 5 hrs or so. But this past Saturday for the College season opening kickoff I tried something different. The Football method. 12 noon- game one. Add the ribs to smoker. 3pm- Game two...
