    Chunks in MES

    Has anyone ever used small chunks in their smoker rather than "chips"? I bought some thinly sliced peach that I am going to use my DeWalt mitre saw to cut small chunks and try that. My chips burn up WAY to quickly. Any hints? Thanks David
