Man, I love brewing beer
From crushing the grain, to doughing in, to the smell of the mash, and the amazing smell from the hop adds during the boil, to pitching the yeast, to the first draw from the tap. Greetings, Initially, I was going to build an UDS with PID control, but found this in my mother's shed. I had forgotten I had it. Wanted to make it electric. Here's a pic with the element mounted. Added a Weber smoke box. It sits directly above the element and gets quite warm. here it is...- hughjass

Hello all. I've been home brewing for a few years and ~800 gallon now. Have smoked a few butts and yard strutters over the past few months on my FIL's offset. Looking to build a UDS with some modifications. Looking forward to reading and learning. Cheers!
