    Doing my first chicken

    Ok gonna try my first chicken. I want crispier skin. I have seen people smoking them at 300-350 degrees for 2 hours give or take(till temp of chicken is 165-170....to get the skin crispy and ive also seen people doing the lower temp smokes in the 240-260 range for 3-4 hours...ive got my rub...

    First attempt at smoking will be a Turkey Breast.... WithQview now

    Ok guys I just got my smoker last Wed night. I seasoned it on Saturday by doing a hour and 15 min burn at about 225 with some mesquite wood chips.. Wife said she wants me to smoke a Turkey Breast this coming weekend....We had a awesome smoked turkey breast from our friends cookout a few weeks...

    Hi guys New member here from PA

    Always liked good smoked meats and just went to a friends housewarming party a few weeks ago and he has a giant 55 gallon drum offset smoker that he did a TON of meat on,,,he has Pork shoulder,ribs,loin,Turkey breast, a whole chicken, also did fish did Walleye and Perch...everything was great...
