Soooo...I am using the new electric splitter to cut 4-6 inch lengths of pecan into chunks for smoking and making charcoal..
It works great..
The pecan is very hard and some of the chunks fly off with a bang to 10-15 feet like depth charges...

They told me they only come in case of 4 now but they sold one.. knowing I asked for 3..

Put 4 slabs into the brine and vac paked the rest..
