    Second cook using my new Stump's Smoker and I was cooking 2, 12 to 13 pound beef briskets.  My old smoker typically took 16 to 18 hours, the stump did it in 12 hours.  I have 20 peoploe showing up tonight a 6, will the the briskets keep 6 hours + in wrapped in a couple of towels in a cooler or...

    I've been smoking on my GOSM for about three years now, and the paint on the inside of the cabinet is bubbling all over the sides.  Never had it over 275 (that was a spike), anyone else seeing this?
