    Just got a new MES30 and wonder what type of wood you guys use? (sawdust,chunks.chips?) Also the best place to get them? I have been using a Brinkman water smoker for many years and it cooked great but NEVER enough smoke. Very little smoke flavor. So I finally got this MES30 you guys talk about...
