Hi every one. you can have a smaller burger by reducing the amount of meat. the only thing that changes is the depth of the cavity.

Funny fact. The inventor of burger pocket press was one of my first orders for a stufz. ( I wonder where he got his idea from?)
How about people use there own imaginations instead of copying others.
I have had a few responses back with people making sausage and egg Stufz, they say it was greaaaaaaaaaaaattt.
I'm told it is best to scramble the egg. And depends on sausage, a little flour helped with stickiness.

Bearcarver they work great as 1/3 or 1/2 pound burgers. Stufz will make different size burgers by adding more or less meat.
Just remember not to go over rim on the base for proper seal.
Also try ground chicken and turkey there great

Try turkey with stuffing or mashed potatoes inside, it's great it makes a whole meal.
You can add a little gravy also. Not to much liquid it makes the meat break up.
Ground chicken filled with broccoli and cheddar is great also.
