    First smoke, pork ribs and chicken

    Took the plunge today

    Bought my first smoker today, went with the @0" smoke vault as a starter.  Got it assembled this evening handmade some smoke to cure the paint.  Tomorrow I will make a run at some chicken breast.

    hello to all

    wanting to start smoking some things, mostly meats, but don't want to eliminate cheeses so on the advice of NWDave I have join the site to do some research before spending the cash.  I will be searching the site for info and advice.  thanks in advance for help you give.
