I am looking into getting another smoker. I have a cookshack now and love it but it is limited. After reading the threads about modifying bot the offset and the brinkman type drum smoker I am undecided on which.
Is there a general opinion of those or one being "better" than the other?
So I've made a few fatties in my Cookshack and do enjoy them.
It seems to me that the bacon wrap seems to keep the smoke from getting to the inside.
Anyone have thoughts on doing one without the bacon wrap?
