    Beautiful 30-40 degree crisp Christmas day. Prime Rib from whole foods. Ran wood twice. Nice 225 cook to 105. 600 degree grill for some color to 117. Nice rest to 117. Worcestershire sauce and Montreal. Hickory Oak Apple mix

    Rib advice needed

    I am making ribs for opening day at Giants Stadium. I go the 3-2-1 method. The plan is to smoke 3 hours then foil for 2 more hours the night before the game then stop and keep overnight. Then reheat and add sauce for those who want it on the grill at the game. Just wondering if I should change...

    Monday day off smoke!!! Beer Can Chicken and Armadillo Eggs!!! Q-View

    Have the day off. Decided to smoke a beer can chicken. Then decided to throw in a few armadillo eggs for good measure. A 12 pack of Pabst helping me keep cool. So much better then working!!!

    New smoker

    New to smoking. Bought the 31" GOSM from WalMart and seasoned it. After a week of rain delay tomorrow will be the first smoke...a 12 pound turkey and 3 racks of spare ribs.     First time smoker....need a little advice

    Just got a Landmann GOSM. Seasoned it. Has rained every day!!!!! Father's day for the old man plan to smoke a turkey (frozen not fresh kill....gonna inject instead of brine as it wont be defrosted until right before cooking time) and some ribs. I know ribs gotta go low and slow around 225 or so...
