    New Guy trying for smoked Spare Ribs

    New Yorker here; I've been looking for a good recipe for some smoked Spare Ribs that will have a sweet taste. I was going ot ask questions about the acronyms, but i read the thread and i'm alright now. Also how long would it take to smoke? i've read the 3-2-1 method, so is 5 hours generally it?
