    Timing Question on some butts.

    I know the answer is, when it's done it's done. LOL  But I'm looking to guestimate how long my smoke will take.   What I have sitting in my fridge is 3X 9lb butts and a 13 lb brisket.  I will be cooking on a chargriller outlaw at 225-250.     Butt and Ribs w/Qview

    Here is my first try on my new CG Outlaw. Got up this AM at 4AM to light the fire. Put the butt on at 5AM and the Ribs at 645AM. The butt is for dinner and the ribs for lunch. Enjoy. I started with.... and.... and after 3 hrs have this going.......

    New to here and excited about it!!

    Hello all!! I just purchased my first smoker, a CG Outlaw.... and love it so far. I am trying my hand at ribs and butt today !!! Glad to have found this site and look forward to many years of enjoyment!!
