    It took several days for my post to be approved and I accidentally erased the finished pic off the camera : (     So far everything has been good.

    We decided to smoke a variety of foods for an upcoming camping trip.  Hopefully freezing with a vacuum sealer will alow  everything to warm up nicely during the trip. This is only my second smoke so I hope I don't screw it up

    Can anyone recommend the amount of time it would take if a batch was simply grilled with a few wood chips or chunks?  I'm thinking about trying this recipe by putting it on the grill with spatchcock chicken.  The chicken usually takes about an hour on a fairly hot grill.  Do you think the beans...

    It's a drum on it's side. The barrel is cut in half and the entire top half lifts for access (not a lid cut in the center)

    I will probably have to go the expanded metal route. I don't think any factory grates will fit the design. I'll check the local Ace. Thanks!
