Smoked this on the yoder for 16 hours with Todd's amazen pellet smoker. Temp held steady around 250
No foiling just threw it in closed the lid and pulled it off at 195
The rub was some bad Byron's butt rub and some cayenne pepper.

Had a 12 pound boneless pork shoulder in the freezer from Costco, and it was calling my name on Saturday night. Sorry I don't have any pictures before it went in but I did Rub it down with some Butt Rub, and some extra garlic powder, black pepper and a little cayenne.

Decided to throw some Drums on the Yoder tonight. Just pulled them from the Fridge and smoked, Used a little Bad Byrons Butt Rub on them. Did them at 315 for and hour and 15 minutes. I also ran the Amazen Pellet Smoker. Both the Yoder and Amazen filled with Apple Pellets. Extra smoke...
Had some free time on Sunday so I decided to throw in a Meatloaf. Smoked this at 180 for an 1.5 hours than finished at 350 until internal temperature or 165. Turned out pretty good, and was able to get a good crust on the outside and nice smokey flavor.
Have had this Grill for a few months now, and have done a number of items and just wanted to posted some of my latest. Picked up a Pizza Stone last week and did some Pizza and stromboli, but no Qview. Hopefully in the near future.

Long time lurker finally making steps to be active on one of my favorite cooking site. Located In PA. My Masterbuilt quit kicking after three years of service so I upgraded to a Yoder 640 Pellet Grill. Loving this unit, but only had it for about 2 months so still learning.
