rubbed with jeff's rub the night before, threw it on the traeger at 225.
this was at 6 hrs at 155...looking good so far!!
smoked some brauts with onions and peppers and did some dutches wicked...
so i wanted some pickled eggs and i didnt have any picking spice and looking around for some i found some of jeffs rub....so what have you used his rub on besides the standard stuff?

ok so were sitting there and my wife says what if you inject the chicken with franks hot sause, before you rotissori it? so i mix up some butter and franks hot sauce, and inject away. OMG talk about good. also did a yosidas injection. anyone eles got a injection they use thats kinda off the wall?

so i made some of bobs rub...(eman) and rubbed one out.

picked up a stufz, after i saw that awesome thread the other day! very easy to use and makes a yummy buger!! we used turkey and stufz it with onion mushrooms and some cold smoked cheese!!

thanks to my brother in law...he recently went to alaska for a fishing trip......did a brown sugar, salt, corriander, dill cure. and on my 18 dollar hibatchi!! its the best!!
