I followed this recipe but i only have a little chief smoker and finished in oven. Got late last night and my internal temp was around 140 F. Any issues with this temp, I put in the fridge last night.

Love the weber - only issue I have is black stuff pealing off the inside of lid - I thought it was paint but not sure

I have always wanted a rotisserie for my 3 burner gas weber but the $60 - $70 bucks always scares me away.
Anyone purchase an aftermarket one for a Weber or have any suggestions if they are worth the money
Bought a few fresh ones today, pulled of the shell and pulled the vein out. Put some olive oil on them and put on the grill, they changed color to a pink and tasted much better
So if I wanted to try this on 4 hind quarters how much marinade would you make
can I just cut this recipe in half
1 cup vegetable oil
¼ cup white vinegar
4 eggs
1 tsp poultry seasoning
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper

I bought some cooked shrimp and put olive oil on them and some seasoning and grilled them on skewers. they turned out dry and not the best
any suggestions for future shrimp
