    Well people, I finally made some ABTs. Filling was creamcheese,red onion,and fresh garlic. Peppers sliced lengwise and wrapped in bacon. The last 30minutes I brushed my maple glaze on them. You people are sure cool for making these things and giving me ideas. Anyways heres my attempt at a veiw.

    my son and I made our first a week ago too, one was filled with french toast and maple syrup and the other was pizza sauce, shredded marble cheese and black olives. The breakfast one was all pork sausage and the pizza was itailan sausage and hamburger mix. I LOVE FATTIES.

    I always brine mine with salt,brown sugar,maple syrup. Let sit overnight then rinse well. I set it out on racks to dry but smother it in brown sugar.After about three hours its in the MES at about 145 for roughly 4 hours. I use maple wood for the first 2-3 hours and use a glaze of maple...
