    I have seen several UDS builds where they have used a fire basket and that was attached to an ash pan, the whole thing had a handle on one of the builds on here to where you could pull it out of the bottom with a long rod with a hook on the end that catches on the handle, pretty slick set up...

    Tacos Al Pastor

    If the weather stays nice this weekend I am going to give this one a try, Al Pastor tacos are one of my favs.  There is a great taco truck down the street from my work that sells some of the best I have had.  Thanks for sharing the recipe!!!
