    Big Steel Keg question

    I'm planning to get a BSK but I want to know if any one has built a wood cart for theirs similar to the carts everyone builds for the BGE? Is the outside hotter or cooler than the BGE? I assume that the BSK could be bolted down using the mounts from the factory legs.

    2nd smoke with my modified ECB

    I did some BB ribs using the 2-2-1 method. I'm guessing they turned out ok as my brother said they were the best f_ing ribs he ever had. After dinner he said he had a brinkmann but it didn't make meat like that. I showed him my mods and well I am now "fixing his ECB"
