    Got 40lbs of cured bellies for smoking tommorrow! I found them locally for $2.49 a lb cured. Question? Anybody ever used mulberry for smoking bacon? Last time I did this I used cherry-apple mix .But I here mulberry is pretty good and I have a unlimited supply(can't kill the darn things)

    Just wanted to say hi from Wisconsin.been around lurkin and learnin for a while and wanted to thank everybody for all the info that I have used so far.Got a whole sirloin roast in the smoker right now. Sliced roast beef for the Packer game tomorrow!
