    My take on mustard.

    I'm right with ya' guys, mustard all the way!!! I like to mix yellow and spicy brown 50/50 then mix in some of my rub and spread that on burgers and brats, good stuff!

    get ya' some bb's, remove membrane, rub with cavenders greek seasoning or just salt, cbp, and minced garlic. 2-2-1 and baste with apple juice. Very tasty and very easy.

    advice suggestions on first tenderloin

    you will be fine to smoke the day before, I always smoke and slice like normal then into the fridge. then warm up in the crock pot the next day, add a little water to prevent it from drying out. I also like to shake on a little rub while it's reheating.
