    Why dosn't sunnys use a dry rub on there ribs and i think there awsome the last couple times ive smoked ribs ive used a dry rub but to me sunnys ribs are better and they dont appear to use a dry rub.How do i smoke ribs like sunnys?

    Can i brine chicken for 4 hours with one cup salt 1 gallon water ,rinse it well with fresh water and than marinade it for 12 more in mojo,i also want to put on cajun seasoning and inject cajun injection, is this to much?

    I got an electric water smoker its a kenmore vertical with a heating element,I asume it burns at 225-250 on the rack i have no water pan but i add a water pan on the bottom rack (aluminum cheap pan) I just set the wood 1/4 inch next to the element 1-2 at a time.Any guess at the temp it burns?Am...

    Salty fish

    I smoked some grouper and tarpia and i brined them in 1 cup salt 1 gallon water and 1/2 cup brown sugar for 4 hours and the fish came out salty the dry rub was paprika ,garlic ,onion powder ,cayenne ,brown sugar and goya seasoning.They where 1/2 inch cuts WHAT DID I DO WRONG?
