    Is creosote normal in a reverse flow?  I am only burning well seasoned wood(oak)      no charcoal!

    Is 48 hours to long  for a rub?   I need to smoke a butt/babby backs/spare ribs and chicken monday but leaving saturday morning and not coming back till sunday night

    pulled pork?

    I am doing pulled pork for the wifes birthday on the 10th.  I am buying a 12 pound shoulder does it matter if I cut it In half to shorten the cook time?  Same flavor?  More bark peices?  Is  there  any down side to doing this?   thanks

    exhaust pipe?

    My  pipe is just to the edge of the smoke chamber!  If i lower it inside to the cooking rake this should bring the temp up?  I thought I read that some where but cant find it.

    120 gallon vertical tank

    my tank is 30'' x 46'' I read on 250 gallon tank the fire box opening should be 8" high. would it be the same on my smaller tank? same width just shorter.

    125 # tank

    I am new!!! Have two smokers/cooker to build! has anyone built a reverse flow with 125# tank 30" daimetar 54" tall? was think it will be a good size for small smokes 1 butt or ribs! any commets also building a pig roast for/with a friend wiyh an old oil tank. 250 gallon i think
