Just got done making a double batch of Jeff's BBQ sauce. I can't speak enough about how good this stuff is.
I have made many sauces that are good but I keep coming back to this one. Going to do a 9lb butt and some spares next weekend, just getting a jump on the sauces.

Very disapointed in this season. They really need to change the name, it is not the same show. I bought a smoker becouse of last season. As stated above I will be taking this off my DVR.

I want to try a brisket but I'm having trouble finding one. Costco had a couple without the fat cap. I was trying to find one with the fat cap on. Any help would be great.

Just wanted to say hello from So-Cal. Long time eater short time smoker. Bought a 22 in WSM. Smoked ribs a few weeks ago and a tri-tip yesterday. Came out pretty good. Having a little trouble keeping the temp down but working on it.
