    Name's Carlos and I'm a smoke-a-holic. Smoking meat has turned into a hobby of mine and Im looking to perfect the craft. I use a GOSM from good ole Walmart, but Im really thinking about a horizontal smoker with firebox.

I've noticed that when i rub my ribs down before I put them in the smoker they come out without the taste of the rib rub and DO have a great smoke flavor.
