    Well I had to install a valve after my regulator to get my temps down inside smoker. 250 before, 135 now. My question is how many chips should I put in the bowl type pan that this brinkmann smoker has and will they smoke at 135 or will I have to crank it up to get them smoking then turn them...

    Hello everyone. I just bought a brinkmann gas smoker and I need to do some learning. I will be using it to make venison snack sticks and sausage to begin with, and other meats once I learn.
