    I'm new to this site. I have been smoking meats for a least 10 years on a ole' Weber kettle. Just move up to a new Oklahoma Joe's (20 x 40) with side fire box. The new pit is taking a lot of getting use to. The OJ takes so much more coal, chucks, and sticks than the Weber. I'm having issues...
