I'm starting to do a 4 lb batch of eye of round jerky and was wondering if anyone has fixed a cure/marinate using Mortons sugar cure? I use TQ as recomended by Morton so I go with my spices from there.
After my inital smoke I realized the fire box had to be enhanched! I followed the info available from the members who are so gracious to share and I now have a smoker that responds quickly to air flow adjustments and burns oh so much more efficient! (I already had the exhaust lowered)
