    I start with ketchup and chipotle hot sauce. Then I add honey, brown sugar, worchester sauce then pretty much my rub for the taste with a few hot peppers. play to taste, its all about your tongue.

    Looking for fresh White Sea Bass

    I would like to smoke some white sea bass but you can't get it here on the east coast (Cape Cod). I have found that catalinaop.com has it but it's frozen. I would like to have it fresh and shipped over night. Man do I miss San Diego CA. Any help will be great. Thank you, Michael
