    Greeting All! And a big thanks to Jeff for the intro to smoking via email! Smoked some spare ribs for my first try at it. Memphis rub. Wonderfull! And I thought BBQ ribs were good, but this is way beyond BBQ! Smoke forever! Steve, Oh, forgot to mention, my smoker the the new Char-Broil propane.
